After earning a first class honours degree from Aston University in Pharmacy, Debbie initially worked in community Pharmacy until supporting the growth of Top Banana in its infancy in 2001 and then joining on a full time basis in September 2003 as Personnel and Projects Director.

Although currently a dormant Pharmacist, Debbie has kept up her CPD in Pharmacy and uses her knowledge to advise and coach employees in all health issues and has responsibility for Top Banana's health and safety standards.

Debbie previously worked on several key company projects and is integral in the management teams directing of the business in future.

Debbie is currently on maternity leave looking after Barnaby, Maisie and Lottie are thrilled with their new brother. We look forward to welcoming Debbie back soon.
