Project Overview
To provide specific training concentrating on personal development, attitude and leadership. Top Banana Team devised a programme focusing on three key areas which the client required their staff to focus on team work, customer care and improved selling.
Logistics
We organised command challenges that were facilitated by our in house trainers. All the challenges were chosen to ensure that the three priority improvements outlined were specifically addressed. The command challenges were designed to inspire clear communication, creative thinking processes, an ability to adapt to changes as well as working within a team with different abilities and skills.
With an event of this type, there is always a degree of trepidation amongst some of the team members. However, on this occasion, the general feedback was that the overall professionalism and sense of enjoyment that the Top Banana Team injected into the day, made it very easy for everyone to benefit. It has now paved the way for other training programmes in addressing sales & customer service.
