Event: Procurement Team Away Day
Venue: Frimley Hall, Camberley, Surrey
Project Overview
Following a company aquisition, new staff had joined the procurement team and the aim of this team building event was to enable the group to get to know one another. To stimulate co-operation and productivity, staff were divided into teams and each team asked to produce a five minute film using a video camera, costumes, props and a series of pre-defined buzz words.
To successfully complete their task, each team had to clearly communicate their ideas, delegate the workload effectively and mangage their time productively.
An evening dinner was the forum to show each film to the full group and an element of fun was added to proceedings by following an Oscars-style format with awards and prizes.
