Project Overview
Top Banana Team were asked to organise a 7 date Re launch and Awareness road show for a Sub Prime Mortgage Lender.
We were tasked with finding suitable venues within the following locations, all of which had to have ease of access and meet the expectations of the client – Southampton, Newport, Birmingham, London, Newcastle, Manchester and Sheffield.
Top Banana Team were responsible for:
| • | Venue Sourcing and liaison |
| • | Booking of hotel accommodation for all staff who would be present at each stage of the roadshow |
| • | Event management and logistics |
| • | Organisation of audio visual requirements at each venue |
| • | Transportation of marketing goods, promotional literature and exhibition stands to each venue |
| • | Ensuring that the roadshow prize – a Lotus Elise Sports Car could arrive safely at each venue and be displayed in a prominent place to attract interest |
| • | Badge making for all delegates and staff |
| • | Hosting and organisation of registration at event |
| • | Providing of entertainment for clients – casino and auction with prizes |
| • | Encouragement of proactive networking at the event |
