Project Overview:
Top Banana Team were asked to help create awareness, product knowledge and desire for two significant brands produced by a manufacturing company exhibiting in Germany. Other objectives within the project were to generate new business for the company's distributors, and increase brand awareness among visitors to the exhibition.
Top Banana also provided training and strategic direction for the team manning the stand. This element of the project enabled the team to make sales and take enquiries efficiently, enhance the company's customer service reputation and deliver higher return on investment.
The training included topics such as knowing your visitors, knowing your role, presenting at shows, managing yourself, your speed of response, communication and effective follow up of leads.
