Project Overview
Following the success of the first European Forum in 2005 held in Estepona, Top Banana Team were invited once again to organise the following year's event on behalf of a leading international software company. We wanted to find a European venue which contrasted with the previous location, so we chose the beautiful Montreux Palace on Lake Geneva in Switzerland. The three day conference was attended by one hundred client customers, plus its senior management team who all travelled to Switzerland from various international destinations.
The forum included a welcome and gala dinner, local entertainment with a globally-renowned artist, a one day formal conference, leisurely rounds of golf, wine tasting and even spa treatments.
Top Banana Team co-ordinated the whole event and provided a vast range of organisational services ranging from sourcing the actual venue, organising flights & transfers, producing & distributing welcome packs, organising online attendance registration and the booking of all activities. In addition, Top Banana liaised with the hotel both prior to and during the forum to ensure a seamless experience for all those who attended.
