Jemma left university in Bristol having completed a BA Hons degree in Property Management. She worked for Property Outsourcing Group Land Securities Trillium in London as a Co-ordinator and then Facilities Manager for 3 years. She then left to join the News Group, Reuters in their Property Strategy Group.
Her role here was a heavily organisational one and included organising conferences on a global basis from concept through to reality.
Jemma joined Top Banana Team in 2003. Part of the Operations Team, Jemma is responsible for organising conferences, exhibitions, team builds and incentives.
