After leaving college with a Diploma in Business and Finance Christian began his career as an Estimator with Macfarlane Group. He progressed rapidly developing into an Account Management role within the same company providing solutions for global blue-chip companies including IBM, Compaq and Bosch.
Christian wanted a new challenge and accepted a Field Sales role in order to broaden his horizons. After a successful year securing new clients an opportunity arose to work, travel and play cricket in Australia for a year, which was too tempting to refuse! Upon his return to the West Country from Antipodean shores Christian began working for Top Banana Team in January 2004. He is now an integral part of the Operations Team and is responsible for managing and delivering events throughout Europe and the UK.
Christian is a keen cricketer having represented the county at junior level culminating in a trial for the West of England. Nowadays he is much more of a social player promoting the "team work" ethic in and around the workplace.
