Carol is a mature professional who started her career working for one of the 'Big five' banks in a high street city branch. Starting as a clerk she worked her way up the ladder until when she took a break to have a family she was responsible for a team of people and ensuring the branches books balanced on a daily basis.
When her children were ready for school she progressed into accounting, working with small to medium sized companies dealing with day to day business matters as diverse as placing money on treasury to hiring a cleaner. Carol has a wealth of knowledge and a wide experience of all aspects of finance relating to the production of monthly management accounts with a working knowledge of project accounting. Carol also has a thorough understanding and experience of best practice and procedures with a strong customer ethic.
Carol has previous experience in the events industry having worked in the UK, Bath office of an American Conference and event company based in Marlow. She was fortunate enough to be able to travel a little on familiarisation trips and enjoyed seeing Lapland, The Maldives, The Seychelles, Paris and St.Moritz.
Carol enjoys walking, reading psychological thrillers a favourite author being Minette Walters, going to the theatre and she hopes no one she knows saw her in Bath and Southampton when she was dressed (in)-appropriately for The Rocky Horror Show.
